摘要: 目的 了解乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的影响因素,为以后开展相关研究,制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法 计算机检索万方数据库、中国知网、Pubmed 、Web of Science、Science Direct,纳入近年来关于乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的相关文献,进行文献筛选及内容提取,分析并总结乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的影响因素。结果 描述了乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位国内外研究现状,总结了乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的影响因素,从个人因素(年龄、文化程度和家庭收入、婚姻状况、个人对工作的信念和价值观等),疾病相关因素(肿瘤分期和健康状况、疲劳、并发症),工作相关因素(工作类型和工作强度、工作场所的支持),治疗因素,社会环境和文化因素5个方面进行阐述。结论 目前关于乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的研究,国内关注较少,研究者可根据我国国情开展相关研究,针对存在争议的影响因素进一步探讨。同时也可借鉴国外相关研究的有效经验,关注低收入、已婚的特殊幸存者群体,针对研究中可改变的因素,来构建具有我国特色的乳腺癌幸存者职业康复方案,改善乳腺癌幸存者重返工作岗位的现状,提高其生活质量。
