糖尿病患者动态血糖监测的结构化教育研究进展

摘要: 目的 对结构化教育在糖尿病动态血糖监测技术中的应用进行综述,为临床实践提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对结构化教育在不同糖尿病患者动态血糖监测中的教育实施者、教育内容、教育形式与时间、评价指标、运用效果等进行综述。结果 结构化教育有助于提高糖尿病患者设备使用认知水平、改善血糖控制、减轻负性情绪、促进设备安全使用。结论 结构化教育在糖尿病患者动态血糖监测中取得了显著成效,但部分研究结果仍有争议,建议未来相关研究结合患者特定需求,关注患者长期体验,帮助其提高自我管理能力。
