青少年癌症患者家庭照护者健康素养的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对青少年癌症患者家庭照护者健康素养的概念内涵、现状、影响因素和干预进行综述,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从概念内涵、现状、影响因素和相关干预研究进行总结归纳和分析。结果 目前尚缺乏特异性的青少年癌症患者家庭照护者健康素养的概念内涵,相关概念模型仍需进一步开发或验证。影响因素包括照护者一般人口学因素、社会经济地位、心理调节等。现存的干预措施包括儿科肿瘤居家照护教育、决策辅助和决策支持方案、幸存者健康中心等。结论 未来应重视青少年癌症患者家庭照护者的健康素养,组建以护士为核心的多学科研究团队。根据我国文化和人群特点,明晰相关概念内涵和模型,并结合健康素养的现状和影响因素,为干预方案的构建提供理论基础。此外,引进国外成熟的健康素养干预方案或健康管理制度,进行文化调试,以临床或社区为单位进行试验和完善,进一步保障干预研究的科学性、全面性和针对性。
