慢性肾脏病育龄期女性生育现状研究进展

摘要： 目的 对慢性肾脏病育龄期女性生育现状进行综述,为临床的生育指导、决策提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关数据库,从慢性肾脏病育龄期女性的流行病学、疾病对育龄期女性的影响、治疗及护理等角度进行综述。结果 4.0%~6.0%育龄妇女、1.0%~3.0%孕妇受慢性肾脏病的影响。慢性肾脏病对育龄期女性的影响主要包括生理方面（性功能障碍、受孕率降低）;妊娠风险及不良结局方面（先兆子痫、营养不良、贫血、早产、低出生体质量）;心理方面（焦虑、生育决策困难）,治疗及护理方面尽管存在一些管理策略和指南,但它们在临床实践中的应用尚显不足,对于有效解决慢性肾脏病合并妊娠的挑战,还需要提供系统的指导和治疗方案。结论 在慢性肾脏病育龄期女性患者的管理方面,迫切需要深入研究制定个性化管理方案,以改善患者预后并提高生活质量。
