外周前庭功能低下患者前庭康复训练的最佳证据总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的检索、评价和总结与外周前庭功能低下患者行前庭康复训练的最佳证据。方法计算机检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase等资源,检索时间为建库至2023年3月31日。结果共纳入26篇文献,包括指南4篇、证据总结6篇、专家共识3篇、系统评价7篇、随机对照研究6篇,总结的最佳证据包括前庭康复评估、康复管理、康复方法、康复剂量、相关疾病康复原则及效果评估等6个方面,共31条证据。结论本研究结果为医护人员对外周前庭功能低下患者行前庭康复提供治疗决策循证依据,应用证据时需结合国情和临床情况,可开展原始研究探讨外周前庭功能低下患者前庭康复训练康复剂量、评估指标。

Abstract: Objective To search, evaluate and summarize the best evidence of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with peripheral vestibular dysfunction. Methods BMJ Best Practice, UpToDate, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase etc, were searched by computer from the inception to March 31, 2023. Results A total of 26 pieces of literature were collected, including 4 guidelines, 6 evidence summaries, 3 expert consensuses, 7 systematic reviews and 6 randomized controls. Thirty-one pieces of evidence were extracted from 6 aspects including vestibular rehabilitation assessment, rehabilitation management, rehabilitation methods, rehabilitation dose, rehabilitation principles of related diseases and effect evaluation. Conclusion This study provides an evidence-based basis for medical staff to make treatment decisions for vestibular rehabilitation of patients with peripheral vestibular dysfunction. National condition and clinical practice should be considered when applying the evidence. Primary studies could be conducted to explore the rehabilitation amount, assessment index of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with peripheral vestibular dysfunction.
