预防ICU患者胃潴留集束化护理方案的构建

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的构建预防ICU患者胃潴留集束化护理方案,为ICU患者肠内营养护理提供参考。方法通过检索国内外文献,拟定肠内营养管理方案;运用德尔菲专家函询法对23名专家进行2轮函询,征询专家意见,确定集束化护理方案。结果 2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家熟悉程度分别为0.847、0.865,权威系数为0.908、0.921;2轮肯德尔和谐系数为0.286-0.463,均具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。最终形成包含22条具体措施的集束化护理方案。结论本研究构建的预防ICU患者胃潴留集束化护理方案是一套科学、可靠的方案,可为ICU临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract: Objective To construct a cluster nursing program to prevent gastric retention in ICU patients, and to provide reference for enteral nutrition nursing in ICU patients. Methods The management plan of enteral nutrition was formulated after literature review. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation with 23 experts and determine the cluster care plan. Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires was 100%; the expert familiarity 0.847 and 0.865, and the authority coefficient 0.908 and 0.921, respectively. Kendal harmony coefficient of the second round ranged from 0.286 to 0.463, both of which were statistically significant (P<0.01). The final cluster nursing program consisting of 22 specific measures was formed. Conclusion The cluster nursing program to prevent gastric retention in ICU patients constructed in this study is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for nursing practice in ICU.
