摘要: 目的 综述护生接受痴呆教育干预的措施,为国内开展本科护生的痴呆教育项目提供参考。方法 检索国内外关于护生接受痴呆教育干预的文献,从教育项目的内容、方式和效果方面进行分析。结果 痴呆教育的内容为增加护生的痴呆知识、改善护生对痴呆患者的态度,提高照护痴呆患者的自信心;痴呆教育的方式有实践体验、模拟体验、跨专业教育及在线教育;痴呆教育的效果中,不同类型的干预措施对护生的痴呆照护知识、态度或自信心会产生影响。结论 护生的痴呆教育干预集中于国外发达国家和地区,国内本科护生的痴呆教育发展尚不充分,老年护理研究者应借鉴国外痴呆教育成果,根据具体国情,开展适合我国本科护生的痴呆教育项目。
