交互式网络电视系统联合回授法在2型糖尿病老年患者胰岛素注射中的应用

Role of Interactive Network Television and Teach-back Method in Insulin Injection of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

摘要: 目的 介绍交互式网络电视系统联合回授法在2型糖尿病老年患者笔型胰岛素规范注射中的应用效果。方法 选择我院内分泌科住院期间首次遵医嘱使用胰岛素的40例2型糖尿病老年患者,采取交互式网络电视系统联合回授法指导患者胰岛素注射。交互式网络电视系统平台联合回授法应用具体内容包括:成立健康教育小组,制订视频内容,视频制作及导入相关事宜,交互式网络电视系统平台联合回授法中解释、评估、澄清、理解4步骤有效实施。结果 40例2型糖尿病老年患者参与交互式网络电视系统平台联合回授法治疗周期为(8.00±2.31)d,胰岛素注射技能考核得分(81.56±6.91)分,40例患者在出院后均继续接受笔型胰岛素治疗。结论 交互式网络电视系统平台联合回授法可提高了2型糖尿病老年患者胰岛素治疗的自我管理能力,确保了胰岛素治疗的安全性。

Abstract: Objective To introduce the role of interactive network television combined with teach-back method in the standardized insulin injection of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods Forty elderly hospitalized T2DM patients were guided for insulin injection by using interactive network television combined with teach-back method. We established a health education team and made videos on insulin injection. We played the video for the patients with interactive network television then teach-back method was used to confirm whether patients truly understood the injection method or not. Results Forty elderly T2DM patients received injective guidance through interactive network television and teach-back method for (8.00±2.31) d and their insulin injection skill score was 81.56±6.91. All the patients continued injection with insulin pen after discharge. Conclusion Interactive network television and teach-back method are effective for enhancing self-management of elderly T2DM patients and ensuring the safety of insulin therapy.
