护士专业态度的影响因素研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述护士专业态度的研究新进展,以期为国内护理专业的持续发展提供思路和参考。方法 检索国内外相关数据库,对护士专业态度的基本概念、研究现状及影响因素进行综述。结果 国外研究者对护士专业态度的概念、评估工具的开发、现状和原因进行了较为全面的探索,国内学者多关注于护士专业态度影响因素的识别。护士专业态度受到社会人口学因素、个人特点、心理因素、教育因素、职业因素、社会文化等因素的影响。结论 当前关于护士专业态度的影响因素有足够的广度,深度不足,有待未来开展路径分析以阐明影响机制,和制定相应的干预研究。
