综合病例站点式培训对临床护士老年专科护理能力培养的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Case Site-based Training on Geriatric Nursing Ability of Clinical Nurses

摘要: 目的 探讨综合病例站点式培训在临床护士老年专科护理能力培养中的应用效果。方法 选取在我院月均老年住院病人≥40%病区中的工作年限<5年的护士为研究对象。按随机数字表法分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用传统培训方式,观察组采用综合病例站点式培训方式。观察比较2组临床护士培训前和培训8个月末老年专科护理的理论与技能考核及护士核心能力评分。结果 培训前2组临床护士老年专科护理的理论与技能考核及护士核心能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训8个月末观察组临床护士老年专科护理的理论与技能考核评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组科研和评判性思维能力、临床护理能力、人际关系、伦理和法律实践能力、教育指导能力及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合病例站点式培训能提高临床护士老年专科护理理论与技能水平,提升护士核心能力,值得临床借鉴使用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive case site-based training on geriatric nursing ability of clinical nurses. Methods 60 junior nurses from wards with elderly inpatients accounting for more than 40% of the total were conveniently selected and divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the random number table method. Traditional training method was used in the control group and in the observation group, comprehensive case-site training was conducted. Before and after the training, nurses in both groups participated in the assessment of theoretical knowledge, nursing skills and core competence of nurses. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge, skills and core competence between the two groups before the training (P>0.05). After the training, the score of theoretical knowledge, skill and core competence of the nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P<0.05). Nurses' scientific research and critical thinking ability, clinical nursing competence, interpersonal relationship, ethnic and legal skill, educational ability and the total score in the observation group were better and higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive case site-based training can effectively improve the theoretic knowledge and skill of geriatric nursing and the core competence of nurses, which is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinical practice.
