宁波市养老护理员职业核心能力校企合作培养模式的研究

摘要: 目的:对宁波市初级养老护理员的培养采用校企合作的模式,提高他们的职业核心能力。方法选取了2014年9—12月宁波市劳动局组织的初级养老护理员培训班2个班81名学员为试验组,另外2个班83名学员为对照组,试验组采用校企合作的教学模式,对照组采用多元化的教学方法。结果试验组学员的理论成绩和技能成绩均高于对照组,2组学员成绩差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对养老护理员采用校企合作教学模式的培养,能提高教学效果,提高养老护理员的职业核心能力,是一种“双赢”的模式。
