认知性访谈概述应用及对护理调查问卷设计的启示

摘要： 目的 对认知性访谈技术的相关文献进行综述,以期为我国护理科研中开发问卷或修订、调适问卷提供方法学指导。方法 检索国内外文献,从认知性访谈的相关概念、理论基础、实施过程、访谈技巧、数据分析和实际应用中遇到的问题进行综述。结果 认知性访谈是检验和了解被调查者在回答调查问题时的认知过程的一种方法,对提高问卷的质量、保证调查研究结果的可靠性具有关键作用。结论 认知性访谈在国内尚未引起护理学者的足够重视,建议在设计和引进调查问卷时使用认知性访谈的方法,从而提高调查问卷的质量。
