Effects of Empowerment-based Education on Liver Cancer Patients after TACE

摘要: 目的 探讨赋能教育在肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术患者中的应用效果.方法 选择肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术患者184例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=93)和对照组(n=91).对照组给予常规护理和健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予赋能教育,入院当天和出院时观察比较2组患者自我护理能力和疼痛评分,并记录发生恶心呕吐、镇痛剂及止吐剂使用情况.结果 入院当天2组患者疼痛评分、自我护理能力总分及各维度得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时观察组自我护理能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后恶心呕吐发生次数、镇痛剂及止吐剂使用次数均低于对照组.结论 赋能教育可有效提高患者术后自护能力,减轻疼痛,减少患者术后恶心呕吐发生.
