摘要/Abstract

摘要： 介绍了动机性访谈概念、理论基础、应用技巧、培训方式及效果评价.应用技巧主要包括:动机性访谈的5个原则,动机性访谈精神,改变性谈话及开放性问题、肯定、反馈式倾听和概括性小结.分析了动机性访谈在国内社区慢性病管理中的应用现状,例如在社区糖尿病、高血压及脑卒中等慢性病管理中的应用,认为其在国内社区领域的应用有待进一步拓展.
