自评互评教学法在神经外科大专实习护生护理操作技能培训中的应用

Effect of Self-assessment and Peer Assessment in Nursing Skill Training for College Students in Neurosurgery

摘要: 目的:探讨自评互评教学法在大专实习护生临床护理操作技能培训中的应用效果。方法抽取2014年7月—2015年6月在我科实习全日制大专护理实习生94名,按实习轮转至我科单双批次分为对照组48名,试验组46名。2组学员均由同一教学组长按实习计划安排临床护理操作技能培训,对照组采用传统教学法,试验组采用自评互评教学法,比较2组培训结束当日、出科时考核成绩。结果试验组培训结束当日气管切开患者更换气管垫成绩为(90.71±3.71)分、密闭式吸痰技术(92.35±4.45)分,出科时考核气管切开患者更换气管垫成绩为(91.17±4.31分)、密闭式吸痰技术成绩为(92.98±5.11)分,得分与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自评互评教学法对护理大专实习生进行技能培训,能提高护生的临床护理操作技能,从而提高护理教学质量。
