目的：了解高校女大学生的生殖卫生状况，为促进女大学生生殖健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用便利抽样方法，随机抽取南京市某高校510名女大学生，使用自编调查问卷进行调查，统计并分析结果。结果高校女大学生个人卫生意识淡薄，便后不能正确擦拭肛门的女生占52.9%，穿非纯棉内裤的比例为53.2%，便前不洗手的女生有73.5%，不了解六步洗手法的占58.8%。结论女大学生生殖卫生状况不容乐观，相关知识的健康教育有待加强，以促进女大学生养成良好的卫生习惯。
