935名大专护生学业无聊感现状及影响因素分析

935名大专护生学业无聊感现状及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 调查大专护生学业无聊感现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2023年10月选取黑龙江省某医药卫生类大专院校的935名护生为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、学业无聊感量表、学业自我效能感量表、大学生获得感问卷和未来工作自我清晰度量表对其进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析探讨大专护生学业无聊感的影响因素。结果 本组大专护生学业无聊感总分为(44.75±13.56)分;回归分析显示,大专护生性别、年级、学业自我效能感、教育获得感和未来工作自我清晰度进入回归方程(P<0.01),可解释总变异的42.3%。结论 本组大专护生学业无聊感处于中等水平,男性、高年级、低水平的学业自我效能感、教育获得感和未来工作自我清晰度的大专护生学业无聊感水平较高。教育者可通过提高大专护生的学业自我效能感和教育获得感、强化未来工作自我清晰度等方式,降低大专护生学业无聊感水平。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the current status of academic boredom among college nursing students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 935 nursing students from a medical and health college in Heilongjiang Province in October 2023 as research subjects. Students were investigated by using General Information Questionnaire, Academic Boredom Scale, Academic Self-efficacy Scale, College Students’ Sense of Gain Questionnaire, and Future Work Self Salience Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing college nursing students' academic boredom. Results The total academic boredom score of this group was 44.75 ± 13.56; multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex, grade, academic self-efficacy, sense of education acquisition, and future work self salience entered the regression equation (P<0.01), explaining 42.3% of the total variance. Conclusion Academic boredom of this group of college nursing students is at a moderate level. Males, senior students, and those with lower academic self-efficacy, lower sense of education acquisition, and lower future work self salience tend to have higher level of academic boredom. Increased academic self-efficacy and sense of education acquisition, and higher level of future work self salience are beneficial for improving academic boredom in college nursing students.
