护理信息学微课程在本科护理实习生护理信息能力培养中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨护理信息学微课程在本科护理实习生护理信息能力培养中的应用效果。方法 将福建省某三级甲等综合医院的2届本科护理学专业实习生,分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规教学法进行护理信息学教育,而干预组在常规教学基础上开展护理信息学微课程。通过成立教学团队,设计及开发微课程,并应用护理信息微课程教学模式。评价指标包括护生护理信息能力的自评量表和对课程的评价问卷。结果 干预后,干预组护生护理信息能力总得分较对照组有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护生对护理信息微课程满意度的评价得分(4.89±0.23)分。结论 护理信息学微课程能够显著提高本科护理实习生的护理信息能力,护生对课程内容、制作质量、教学方式等方面给予高度认可,该课程具有重要的临床教学推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics in the cultivation of nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates. Methods Nursing undergraduates from a tertiary grade-A general hospital in Fujian Province were divided into control group and intervention group. The control group received conventional teaching of Nursing Informatics, while the intervention group had micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics on the basis of conventional teaching, including establishing a teaching team, designing and developing micro-lectures. Evaluation indicators included Self-assessment Scales of Nursing Information Competency of Nursing Students and Evaluation Questionnaires of Nursing Informatics. Results The total score of nursing information competency of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of nursing students' satisfaction with the course was 4.89±0.23. Conclusion Micro-lectures of Nursing Informatics can significantly improve nursing information competency of nursing undergraduates, which have been recognized by most nursing students and are worth to be promoted in clinical practice.
