患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中的应用进展

患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中的应用进展

摘要

目的 综述国内外患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中的应用研究现状,以期为促进患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中的应用提供借鉴。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对患者旅程地图的概述、在肿瘤患者中的应用进行归纳总结,提出现有研究和应用中的挑战及启示。结果 患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中应用广泛,包括助力肿瘤医疗卫生保健系统识别改进点、梳理肿瘤患者就医体验后的需求、映射肿瘤患者治疗的连续性、优化肿瘤患者疾病轨迹、展示肿瘤患者体验医疗卫生保健全过程,其应用效果较好且在肿瘤患者中展现出良好的应用前景。结论 患者旅程地图在肿瘤患者中具有个性化、可视化及提高患者就医体验等优势,未来研究应聚焦精准和个性化的地图开发并进行本土化的调试,改善肿瘤患者的就医体验,提升患者生活质量。
