目的 探究ADDIE模型在优化急诊双侧肺移植手术护理规范管理的应用效果。方法 选取进行急诊双肺移植的304例手术患者为研究对象,按时间先后顺序分组,对照组采用常规手术护理,观察组实施基于ADDIE模型优化急诊肺移植手术护理规范管理方案,比较2组术前准备时长、术前准备完善率及手术医生对急诊肺移植手术护理的满意度。结果 相较于对照组,观察组术前准备时长明显缩短,术前准备的完善程度显著提升,手术医生满意度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义（t=37.097,χ2=12.614,t=34.910,均P<0.001）。结论 基于ADDIE模型优化急诊双侧肺移植手术护理规范,能够有效提升手术护理质量和手术医生满意度,为急诊双肺移植手术的成功实践奠定基础,也为其他复杂急诊手术的护理管理提供了参考依据。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ADDIE model in optimizing perioperative nursing protocols for emergency bilateral lung transplantation (EBLT). Methods A prospective controlled trial was conducted involving 304 patients undergoing EBLT. Participants were allocated to control group (n=151, conventional nursing practices) and intervention group (n=153, ADDIE model-based optimized nursing protocols). Preoperative preparation time, preparation completeness, and surgeon satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Significantly shortened preoperative preparation time (t=37.097, P<0.001), remarkable improvement in preoperative preparation completeness (χ2=12.614, P<0.001), and improved surgeon satisfaction (t=34.910, P<0.001) were observed in the intervention group. Conclusion ADDIE model-based nursing protocol for EBLT effectively enhances surgical care quality and surgeon satisfaction, laying a foundation for successful EBLT and providing reference for nursing management in other complex emergency surgeries.
