目的 探讨护理学专业学位硕士研究生在BOPPPS联合网络平台教学模式中对临床实践技能学习的真实感受,为提升护理实践技能教学质量提供参考。方法 应用现象学研究方法,选取2024年3-11月在桂林医科大学就读的14名护理学专业学位硕士研究生进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果 提炼出4个主题,11个子主题:优化学习体验(教学模式新颖,激发学习兴趣;活跃课堂氛围,促进师生交流;增加职业认同)、提升教学成效(提高学习效率;深度理解实践知识)、促进个人成长(增强沟通能力,提升专业自信;开拓临床思维,提升共情能力)、对教学模式的认可与建议(教学模式深受喜爱;建议减轻课业负担;教学平台有待完善;教学应体现个性化)。结论 BOPPPS联合网络平台教学模式认可度高,教学效果显著,但未来仍需进一步精练教学内容,完善教学平台,提供个性化教学,多措并举进行完善。
Abstract
Objective To explore the real feelings of students of nursing professional master with bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, summary (BOPPPS) model combined network platform teaching for clinical practice skills, and to provide reference for improving teaching quality of nursing practical skills. Methods The phenomenological research was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 14 postgraduates of nursing professional master in Guilin Medical University from March to November 2024, and the Colaizz’s method was used for analysis. Results Four themes and 11 sub-themes were extracted including optimizing learning experience (novel teaching mode stimulating learning interest, active classroom atmosphere promoting communication between teachers and students, and enhancing professional identity), improving teaching effectiveness (improving learning efficiency; understanding practical knowledge deeply), promoting personal growth (enhancing communication ability and professional confidence; developing clinical thinking and enhancing empathy ability), recognition and suggestions of teaching mode (well-received teaching mode; proposal to alleviate academic workload; teaching platform to be improved; demand for personalized teaching). Conclusion BOPPPS model combined with network platform is highly recognized and the teaching effect is remarkable. In the future, multiple measures including refined teaching content, improved teaching platform, and personalized teaching are required to improve teaching quality.
