儿童屏幕暴露时间管理的证据总结

儿童屏幕暴露时间管理的证据总结

摘要

目的 检索、评价并总结国内外适用于儿童屏幕暴露时间管理的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结。方法 依据“6S”证据资源金字塔模型,系统检索国内外关于儿童屏幕暴露时间管理的证据资源。检索时限为建库至2024年9月。由4名经循证护理培训的研究者分别对文献进行评价及证据提取。结果 共纳入文献18篇,其中2篇指南、1篇临床决策、13篇系统评价、2篇专家共识。主要覆盖儿童屏幕使用时间要求、屏幕时间监测方式、环境促进策略、医疗保健人员促进策略及家庭参与策略5个方面,共20条证据。结论 该研究总结了适用于儿童屏幕暴露时间管理的策略,为照顾者及医疗保健人员制定管理方案提供依据,从而减少儿童屏幕使用,减少因屏幕暴露过久导致的身心疾病。
