目的 探讨“大学生健康素养”课程建设情况。方法 共设置8个课程模块,应用文本分析法对2018—2022年381名本科生的381篇结课论文进行研究。结果 符合要求的结课论文共354篇,词频分析显示,健康、心理、社会、学习、生活、发展、教育、健康素养、环境、人际交往排在前10位;LDA主题建模形成维护心理健康、培养健康生活方式、建立良好人际关系、提升健康素养、防止网络成瘾、预防慢性疾病和传染病、提升思想政治素质、倡导安全性行为8个新主题,新主题与设置的8个课程模块一致。课程尚未涉及“防止网络成瘾”“提升思想政治素质”验证了教学团队开展课程思政教育的有效性。授课后学生的课程满意度、兴趣度、健康理念和开设课程很有必要较之前均有所提升,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 该课程在增强本科生健康理念,养成健康生活方式,树立正确人生观价值观起到重要引导作用。未来可增加“数字素养”教学模块,并进一步加强课程思政教育,为推进健康中国建设贡献力量。

Objective To explore the course construction of College Students’ Health Literacy. Methods Eight course modules were set up, and 381 term papers of 381 undergraduates from 2018 to 2022 were studied by text analysis. Results A total of 354 papers met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Word frequency analysis showed that the top 10 words included health, psychology, society, learning, life, development, education, health literacy, environment, and interpersonal communication. Theme modeling was carried out using potential Latent Dirichlet Allocation, and 8 new themes were formed, including maintaining mental health, cultivating healthy lifestyle, establishing good interpersonal relationship, improving health literacy, preventing internet addiction, preventing chronic diseases and infectious diseases, enhancing ideological and political quality, and advocating for safer sexual behaviors, which were consistent with the 8 course modules. While themes such as "internet addiction prevention" had not yet been incorporated into the current syllabus, the theme “enhancing ideological and political quality” validated the effectiveness of curriculum-based ideological and political education. Students’ course satisfaction, interest in the course, health concepts and perceived necessity of the course had been all improved after the course, indicating statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The course plays an important guiding role in enhancing undergraduates' health concepts, developing healthy lifestyles, and establishing correct outlooks on life and values. In the future, the module of "digital literacy" can be added, and ideological and political education can be further strengthened to contribute to the construction of Healthy China.
