目的 探索中职护生心盛的潜在类别及其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、心盛量表及青少年心理弹性量表,于2023年5月选取南充市2所卫校的1 314名中职护生进行调查,通过潜在剖面分析识别心盛的潜在类别,采用多元logistic回归分析探讨其影响因素。结果 中职护生心盛可分为3个潜在类别:低心盛组(7.23%)、中等心盛组(54.64%)、高心盛组(38.13%)。多元logistic回归分析结果显示,不同心盛类别的中职护生在学习成绩、运动频率、家庭经济水平和心理弹性的分布上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中职护生心盛存在异质性,学习成绩越好、运动频率越高、家庭经济水平越高和心理弹性越好的中职护生更容易归入高心盛组。护理教育者可根据不同心盛类别中职护生的特征制定针对性的干预措施,尤其需重点关注低心盛组,以提高其心盛水平。
Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of flourishing in secondary vocational nursing students. Methods A total of 1 314 secondary vocational nursing students from two nursing schools in Nanchong city were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire, the Flourishing Scale and The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent in May 2023. Latent profile analysis was used to explore the potential categories of flourishing, and multiple logistic regression analysis to compare the characteristics of each potential categories. Results There were 3 potential categories of flourishing in secondary vocational nursing students including low level of flourishing (7.23%), medium level of flourishing (54.64%), and high level of flourishing (38.13%). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that three groups showed statistically significant differences in academic performance, exercise frequency, family economic status and resilience (P<0.05). Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the flourishing of the secondary vocational nursing students. The students with better academic performance, higher exercise frequency, better family economic status and better resilience were more likely to enter high level flourishing group. Nursing educators can formulate targeted interventions according to the characteristics of different types of vocational nursing students, especially the low level flourishing group, to improve their flourishing.
