境脉学习理论在护理教育的应用研究进展

境脉学习理论在护理教育的应用研究进展

摘要

目的 分析国内外境脉学习理论在护理教育中的现状,以期为国内开展基于境脉学习理论的护理教育实践提供理论依据。方法 复习国内外相关文献,对境脉学习理论的基本概念、特征、课堂教学模式,在护理教育中的应用方法、效果和策略等角度进行综述。结果 境脉学习理论以“情境”与“脉络”为核心,构建“基于真实经验创设情境-沉浸式交互学习-自我学习调控”三维模型,通过情境仿真及阶梯型任务,强化操作规范与决策能力,提升临床决策连贯性与团队协作效率。在护理教育中,境脉学习理论的应用主要体现在教学方法的创新、教学过程的设计以及应用成效的评估3方面。结论 境脉学习理论为护理教育提供了从知识传授向能力培养转型的有效路径,但其在护理领域的理论研究和应用研究仍处于探索阶段,未来需加强本土化实证研究,开发标准化评价工具,并探索与人工智能技术的深度融合,以推动护理教育向“情境-能力-素养”一体化模式发展。
