TIDieR-telehealth远程医疗干预研究报告解读及案例分析

TIDieR-telehealth远程医疗干预研究报告解读及案例分析

摘要

目的 概述远程医疗干预描述和复制模板报告清单(TIDieR-Telehealth checklist)的主要内容和国内外应用现状,并对其进行解读,以期提高远程医疗干预报告质量。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库,通过文献筛选和资料提取,分析TIDieR和TIDieR-telehealth清单在国内外研究报告的应用情况,并结合一远程医疗干预研究案例进行解读。结果 共检索文献1 250篇,最终纳入18篇文献。目前,国外远程医疗干预报告较多遵循TIDieR,但国内较少应用,且国内外鲜见有TIDieR-telehealth清单的应用报告。在示例案例中,研究基本符合TIDieR-telehealth清单书写要求,但仍需进一步改进。结论 TIDieR-telehealth清单可保证研究设计的严谨性,提高研究方案的完整性和透明化,并可与其他工具联合使用,以确保干预措施的可复制性,保证研究质量,建议今后推广应用。
