摘要: 目的 基于循证构建NICU护士主导早产儿出院计划核心能力指标体系。方法 基于循证提取国内外护士制定早产儿出院计划相关内容,经Delphi专家咨询确定NICU护士主导早产儿出院计划核心能力指标体系。结果 共展开2轮专家咨询,专家积极系数均高于85%,权威系数为0.821与0.839,协调系数0.322与0.356,最终形成构成的评价指标包括整体评估、制定计划、实施计划、院外随访-效果评价4项一级指标、11项二级指标、52项三级指标。结论 基于循证构建NICU护士主导早产儿出院计划核心能力评价指标的构建较科学、可靠,可为今后进一步制定早产儿出院计划核心能力的培养提供参考依据。
