目的 探讨逻辑树状图在护理本科实习生消化内科临床实践中的应用。方法 于2021年5月—2022年5月,采用便利抽样法,按入科顺序将104名护理本科实习生分为观察组(1~52号)和对照组(53~104号);对照组按照实习大纲采用常规实践教学,观察组在此基础上融合逻辑树状图模式教学。采用实习护生临床实践能力量表、护生自我导向学习量表、出科考核成绩评价2组实践教学效果。结果 教学后观察组临床实践能力、自我导向学习能力、出科考核成绩得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 逻辑树状图教学模式的运用,利于提高本科实习护生的临床实践能力、自我导向学习能力,优化实践教学效果。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of tree diagram in clinical practice of nursing undergraduates in gastroenterology department. Methods From May 2021 to May 2022, by convenience sampling, 104 nursing undergraduates were divided into experimental group (No. 1-52) and control group (No. 53-104) according to the order of admission. The control group adopted routine practice teaching, and the experimental group integrated tree diagram teaching with routine practice teaching. The Clinical Practice Ability Scale for Nursing Students, Self-directed Learning Scale for Nursing Students, and department rotation examination results were used to evaluate the practice teaching effect of the two groups. Results Clinical practice ability, self-directed learning ability and department rotation examination scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of tree diagram model can improve the clinical practice ability and self-directed learning ability of nursing undergraduates and optimize the effect of practice teaching.
