心理测评系统在人才测评中应用进展及启示

摘要: 目的 对心理测评系统在人才测评中的相关研究进行综述,为建立我国护士心理测评系统提供借鉴。方法 从心理测评系统在人才测评中的研究范围、主要测评技术等角度进行综述。结果 心理测评系统能够弥补传统人才测评方法的不足,在人才选拔、岗位配置、人才心理健康测评、职业安全性评估4方面展现出了良好的应用前景。结论 目前我国尚缺乏对护士心理测评系统的研究,应根据我国国情和各类测评技术的特点来建立护士心理测评系统,实现护理人才测评向“数据驱动范式”进行变革。
