精神科护士护理面谈能力培训体系的构建及信效度检验

Construction of Training System for Nursing Interview Ability of Psychiatric Nurses and Its Reliability and Validity

摘要: 目的 构建我国精神科护士护理面谈能力培训体系。 方法 通过文献回顾、参考相关指南的基础上,以德尔菲专家咨询法构建精神科护士护理面谈能力培训体系的内容和权重,以构建的培训体系为依据,编制自评式问卷,采用此问卷对120名精神科护士进行调查,以检验培训体系的信效度。 结果 构建的培训体系2轮专家咨询的积极性分别为90%、95%;第2轮专家权威系数0.976,一、二、三级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.436、0.223、0.320(均P<0.001),最终确立了精神科护士护理面谈能力培训体系,包括一级指标6个、二级指标16个、三级指标53个,培训体系总体Cronbach α系数为0.955,2周重测信度为0.947。总体内容效度指数为0.942;因子分析提取6个公因子,其方差总体累积贡献率为75.612%。 结论 本研究构建的精神科护士护理面谈能力培训体系具有效好的信效度,可作为精神科护士护理面谈培训及考核的参考依据。

Abstract: Objective To develop a training system for nursing interview ability of psychiatric nurses in my country. Methods Based on literature review and reference to relevant guidelines, the Delphi expert consultation method was used to construct the training system and its weight of each item was identified. A self-assessment questionnaire was developed based on the training system, and was used in 120 psychiatric nurses to test the reliability and validity of the training system. Results The enthusiasm of the two rounds of expert consultation was 90% and 95% respectively; the second round of expert authority coefficient 0.976, and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the first-, second-, and third- level indicators 0.436, 0.223, 0.320 (both P<0.001). The final training system consisted of 6 first-level, 16 second-level, and 53 third-level indicators. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the training system was 0.955, and the 2-week test-retest reliability 0.947. The overall content validity index was 0.942.Factor analysis extracted 6 common factors, and the overall cumulative contribution rate of variance was 75.612%. Conclusion The training system constructed in this study has good reliability and validity, and can be used as reference for the training and assessment of psychiatric nurses' nursing interview.
