摘要

目的调查良性前列腺增生症患者的自我管理需求及影响因素现状,为医护人员的自我管理干预提供理论依据。方法使用现象学研究方法,对17例良性前列腺增生症患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果共提炼出4个主题：（1）自我管理的多重需求,包括疾病相关知识、共病管理2个次级主题;（2）医护人员缺位;（3）支持系统不力,包括患者角色缺如、病耻感、社会支持3个次级主题;（4）个人因素,包括恐惧并发症、健康期盼、社交习俗3个次级主题。结论良性前列腺增生症患者的自我管理受医护人员、支持系统及个人因素等多方面影响,护士应在医护一体化的基础上推进多学科协作,协助患者提高社会支持感知力,在尊重患者个体差异的基础上,引导其实现持续性自我管理。
