以患者和家庭为中心护理干预在成人ICU应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的总结以患者和家庭为中心护理干预在成人ICU应用情况,为ICU医务人员改善患者和家属结局提供参考。方法检索国内外有关以患者和家庭为中心护理干预研究文献,从概述、应用现况、应用挑战和展望等角度进行综述。结果目前常见的护理干预形式包括跨学科家庭会议、以患者和家庭为中心的查房、开放患者家属探视和陪伴、患者家庭培训和教育等。结论目前,以患者和家庭为中心护理干预在ICU应用涉及多个领域,仍面临诸多挑战,未来仍需结合现有证据和临时实践情况,进一步开展相关研究。
