258名抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士心理一致感现状及影响因素分析

Status Quo of Psychological Coherence of 258 Clinical Nurses Fighting Against COVID-19 and Its Influence Factors

摘要： 目的 了解抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士心理一致感现状及影响因素。方法 采用心理一致感量表、心理授权量表对四川省4家收治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者定点医院的258名抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析心理一致感的影响因素。结果 抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士心理一致感总分为（45.21±10.92）分,心理授权得分（15.98±2.58）分。学历、自我效能和工作意义是抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士心理一致感的主要影响因素（P<0.05）。结论 抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床护士心理一致感处于低水平,建议护理管理者需注意临床护士学历结构的合理搭配,完善突发公共卫生事件管理机制,增强护士防治疫情的自信心和价值感,提高疫情防控与救治能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the psychological coherence of clinical nurses at the forefront of fighting against COVID-19 and its influence factors. Methods A total of 258 clinical nurses at the forefront of fighting against COVID-19 in 4 hospitals in Sichuan were investigated by Sense of Coherence and Psychological Empowerment Scale. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence factors. Results The total score of Sense of Coherence was 45.21±10.92 and the score of Psychological Empowerment 15.98±2.58. Education background, self-efficacy and sense of work significance were the influencing factors of psychological congruence (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological coherence of clinical nurses at the forefront of fighting against COVID-19 is at a low level. It is suggested that nursing managers should pay attention to reasonable allocation of clinical nurses with different education background, improvement of the management mechanism of public health emergencies, enhancement of self-confidence and sense of worth of nurses and improvement of epidemic prevention and treatment.
