运用信息管理系统优化生殖中心培养室护理工作的实践

摘要： 目的 探讨生殖医学中心培养室优化护理工作的实践与效果,提升培养室护理的工作效率。方法 对临床生殖医学管理系统进行升级与完善,在原有“实验室管理”中植入“实验室导出”功能模块用于培养室科研统计数据表导出;在“实验室操作台”中植入“新鲜移植通知单”功能模块用于培养室知情同意书的编辑。比较信息管理系统优化前后编辑打印版知情同意书与导出培养室科研统计数据表2项工作时间。结果 信息管理系统优化前后知情同意书准备时间及导出培养室科研统计数据均较之前明显缩短,差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 生殖医学中心培养室优化护理工作具有实际意义,整体效果显著,信息管理系统优化后节约了大量的时间与人力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the practice and effect of optimized nursing service in culture room of reproductive medicine center and improve the efficiency of nursing service. Methods The clinical reproductive medicine management system was upgraded and improved from the two aspects, the function module of “laboratory export” was implanted in the original “laboratory management” for exporting the statistical data table of scientific research in the culture room, and the function module of “fresh transplant notification” was implanted in the “laboratory operation table” for editing the printed informed consent of the culture room. The time consumed in editing the printed informed consent and exporting the statistical data table of scientific research in the culture room were compared before and after the optimization of the information management system. Results After the employment of information technology, the time consumed in editing and printing informed consent were improved (P<0.001). Conclusion It is of practical significance to optimize the nursing service in culture room of reproductive medicine center, and the overall effect is significant, which is worthy of promotion and application in various reproductive centers.
