摘要
目的分析护士不良事件的报告态度、行为意向及行为.方法采用中文版临床不良事件报告量表对上海市3所三级医院和2所二级医院的453名临床一线护士进行调查.结果报告态度各维度得分最高为对责备文化的感知,最低为对报告系统本身的感知.对“临床场景”,报告意向介于“可能”与“极其可能”之间的护士数占91.6%;今后报告不良事件的可能性介于“可能”与“极其可能”之间的护士数占77.0%.既往亲眼目睹或亲身经历过不良事件的护士人数占52.1%,其中对不良事件采取上报行为的护士数占64.0%.结论护士不良事件报告态度和行为意向较为积极,但尚存在漏报、瞒报现象,还有待从构建非惩罚、和谐的团队文化氛围,提高护士认知度和对报告益处的感知,完善报告系统自身建设等方面加以改善.
