摘要
目的比较巴德PICC和贝朗PICC不良事件发生率差异,分析原因,为减少PICC不良事件提供临床依据.方法对2010年6月14日—2011年11月26日期间的PICC患者置管与维护记录进行回顾性分析,统计巴德 PICC和贝朗 PICC不良事件发生情况.结果460例置管患者中共有105例患者发生导管相关不良事件,发生率为22.8%,巴德 PICC堵塞和脱出率低于贝朗PICC,但是静脉炎和导管破损率高于贝朗PICC,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论巴德 PICC和贝朗 PICC各有优缺点,因此针对不同的导管采取更具针对性的护理措施,减少不良事件的发生,确保患者安全.
