目的了解高职护生人口老龄化知识掌握情况和对老年人态度现状,探讨两者之间的相关性.方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取某校高职一年级和二年级1006名护生,运用一般资料问卷、人口老龄化知识问卷和老年人态度问卷进行调查.结果高职护生人口老龄化知识得分(12.09±4.54)分,老年人态度得分(160.54±17.82)分;人口老龄化知识与欣赏维度呈正相关,与偏见维度之间成呈负相关(P=0.000).结论护生对老年人态度趋于正向,但人口老龄化知识比较缺乏;人口老龄化知识掌握越全面,对老年人态度越正向.护理教育工作者应加强对护生人口老龄化知识的教育.
