总结为提高40例宫颈癌根治术后患者性生活质量实施护理干预的经验.介绍宫颈癌疾病相关知识,解除患者的疑虑,使患者以积极的态度接受诊治;掌握患者精神心理状态,适时给予心理干预,认真倾听患者对性问题的看法和疑虑,针对患者出现的性生活问题进行指导,注意帮助患者调整自我;做好配偶的思想工作,纠正宫颈癌患者及配偶的不正确观念,为宫颈根治术后患者提供后勤保障.本组患者术后存在焦虑症状30例,干预6个月时仅3例存在焦虑症状,其中自评性生活舒适者24例,基本舒适者12例,舒适率达90%.
