摘要
目的探讨实施护士分层管理对提高护理质量的效果.方法选择具有代表性的8个病区实施护士分层管理,根据护士不同能级设立5个层级:专科护士(N4)、责任组长(N3)、高级责任护士(N2)、初级责任护士(N1)、助理护士(N0),界定各级护士工作职责,并在每个病房配置2名护理员.比较实施护士分层管理前后的护理质量及患者满意度.结果实施护士分层管理后,基础护理质量合格率、健康教育落实率、护士对患者病情掌握率及患者满意度较前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论通过科学合理使用护士人力,实施护士分层管理有利于提高护理质量和患者满意度,增强护士的工作责任心和主动性,对优质护理服务活动持续开展具有促进作用.
