目的探讨保留针芯单手送管法在婴幼儿留置针穿刺中的应用效果.方法186例婴幼儿接受留置针穿刺400例次,按穿刺的先后顺序分为两组,对照组200例次采用传统单手送管,观察组200例次采用保留针芯单手送管,并对其穿刺成功率及送管失败率进行分析,同时调查儿科病区护士对2种送管法的支持率.结果保留针芯单手送管法的成功率高于传统送管法,送管失败率低(P<0.01),同时儿科病区护士对保留针芯送管法支持率高.结论保留针芯单手送管法能够提高婴幼儿留置针穿刺1次穿刺成功率,值得临床推广使用.
