健康教练技术在老年2型糖尿病患者教育中的应用

摘要： 目的 探讨将健康教练技术运用于老年2型糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法 将在我院就诊的147名老年2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组（72例）和观察组（75例）。对照组采用传统常规健康管理;观察组采取健康教练技术进行健康管理,比较干预前1 d及干预后6个月末2组患者的血糖变化情况、一般自我效能感得分及观察组对健康教练技术的应用效果评价。结果 干预前1 d 2组老年2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及自我效能感得分的比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,干预6个月末观察组空腹血糖与糖化血红蛋白值优于对照组（P<0.05）,干预6个月末观察组患者自我效能感得分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）;患者对健康教练技术应用效果各条目认可度均高于90%。结论 健康教练技术有利于控制老年2型糖尿病患者血糖,提高老年2型糖尿病患者的自我效能感,达到良好的健康管理效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of health coaching in health management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 147 elderly patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group (n=72) with conventional health management and observation group (n=75) with health coaching. Blood glucose change, the score of self-efficiency and evaluation of health coaching from patients in the observation group on the day before the intervention and at the end of 6-month intervention were compared in the two groups. Results Fasting blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin and the score of self-efficiency in the two groups on the day before the treatment showed no satistical significance (P>0.05) but at the end of 6-month intervention, there was improvement in fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group when compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). The score of self-efficiency in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) and more than 90% of the patients in the observation group thought highly of health coaching. Conclusion Health coaching is beneficial to blood glucose control in elderly patients with T2DM, improving their self-efficiency and achieving the purpose of good health management.
