136名急诊科护士情绪劳动水平分析

摘要: 目的 了解急诊科护士情绪劳动水平现状,以期为促进急诊科护士运用恰当的情绪劳动策略提供一定的参考和依据。方法 采用方便抽样的方法,2018年3月选取2所三级甲等综合性医院的急诊科护士为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表和护士情绪劳动量表对136名研究对象进行调查。结果 136名急诊科护士情绪劳动总均分为(3.69±0.61)分,表层扮演、深层扮演、情绪表达要求3个维度得分分别为(3.52±0.72)、(4.36±0.82)、(3.53±0.73)分。不同年龄、婚姻状况、护龄的急诊科护士表层扮演得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、护龄、临床带教情况的急诊科护士深层扮演得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历的急诊科护士情绪表达要求得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急诊科护士情绪劳动处于中等水平,年龄较大、护龄长及已婚的急诊科护士表层扮演得分最高,年龄较小、护龄短及无临床带教的急诊科护士深层扮演得分最高,本科及以上学历的急诊科护士情绪表达要求得分最高。护理管理者需重视急诊科护士的情绪劳动现状,并积极采用针对性的干预措施。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the status quo of emotional labor of nurses in emergency department, in order to provide some reference and basis for promoting emergency department nurses to use appropriate emotional labor strategies. Methods With convenient sampling method, a total of 136 nurses in emergency department of two tertiary grade A hospitals in Nanchang were selected in March 2018 and they were investigated with general information questionnaire and Nurse Emotional Labor Scale. Results The average score of emotional labor was 3.69±0.61. The scores of surface acting, deep acting and expression of genuine emotion were 3.52±0.72, 4.36±0.82 and 3.53±0.73 respectively. There was significant difference in surface acting scores among nurses with different ages, marital status and nursing age (P<0.05); there was significant difference in deep acting scores among nurses with different age, nursing age and whether with clinical guidance or not (P<0.05) and there was significant difference in genuine emotion expression scores among nurses with different educational background (P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional labor of nurses in emergency department is in the mediate level. Older nurses, those with longer service length and those married perform best in surface acting; younger nurses, those with shorter service length and those without clinical guidance perform best in deep acting and nurses with undergraduate degree or above perform best in genuine emotion expression. The managers need to pay attention to the appropriate use of emotional labor strategies of emergency nurses in their clinical work and take positive measures to improve their strategies.
