目的：探讨厦门市某社区居家老人空腹静脉血浆糖尿病及空腹血糖受损率的情况，为社区糖尿病的早期干预提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法，抽取厦门市某社区766名60~90岁的居家老人，测量空腹血糖，调查空腹静脉血浆糖尿病、空腹血糖受损率的情况。结果该社区居家老人的空腹血糖值为（7.37±2.75）mmol/L，其中空腹静脉血浆糖尿病293名（38.3%），空腹血糖受损190名（24.8%）。结论厦门市某社区居家老人空腹静脉血浆糖尿病检出率、空腹血糖受损率均较高，应对发生血糖异常的老年人进行早期干预，以降低糖尿病的发生率。
