目的：成为全国首家移动无线缴费的医院，推出全国首个“移动智能就诊”服务平台，创新、优化就诊流程，缩短病人等候时间。方法创新就诊流程，即用手机挂号、收费、看检验结果和就医反馈。对2014年5—12月移动智能就诊在我院门诊的应用进行研究。结果缩短了病人就诊在院时间。在医院业务高峰期，使用移动就诊平均在院逗留时间比使用现场方式减少48.4 min。提高了病人满意度，提高了社会效益。结论移动智能就诊为病人病属节省了时间，提高了门诊病人满意度；节省了挂号收费员；提高医院的形象和综合实力等。
