目的:了解本科医学生生命意义感现状及其影响因素,为提升医学生生命意义感提供理论依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,纳入376名大一至大四的医学本科生,采用一般资料问卷和生命意义量表(Purpose in Life Test,PIL)展开调查。结果本科医学生生命意义感得分(74.20±11.07)分,多因素分析显示:影响因素影响程度由大到小依次为:自我评价、有无自杀想法、有无个人前途压力、年级、是否独生子女(P<0.05)。结论本科医学生生命意义感处于中等水平,要对自我评价低、有过自杀想法、有个人前途压力、高年级和独生子女的医学生重点关注,帮助提升其生命意义感。
