目的：探讨标准化沟通交接表在急诊科与ICU患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法制定标准化沟通交接表，2014年1—10月，在急诊科与ICU患者转入、转出时运用标准化沟通交接表交接患者，规范患者转运交接流程。结果运用标准化沟通交接表后，交接班科室医务人员对交班内容全面性、病情重点、管道管理、书写规范、交班语言表达、交接时间长短的满意率提高，分别达到94%、97%、95%、97%、99%、99%。结论运用标准化沟通交接表交接患者，规范了交接流程，缩短了交接时间。
