目的：分析中山市三级甲等医院护理缺失的影响因素，为减少护理缺失的发生提出科学建议。方法对中山市内4所三级甲等医院765名护理人员进行问卷调查。根据护理缺失的得分将护理人员分为护理缺失组、非护理缺失组，通过多因素Logistic回归分析筛选护理缺失的影响因素。结果266名护理人员发生过护理缺失，占34.8%。不同身体状况、工龄、专业思想、家庭成员相处状态以及家庭成员支持工作程度的护士护理缺失发生差异有统计学意义（P<0．05）。 Logistic回归分析显示，身体状况、专业思想是影响护理缺失的关键因素（OR=1.489、1.380，P＜0.05或P<0.01）。结论护理管理者应关注护士的身体状况、工龄、专业思想、与家庭成员相处状态以及家庭成员支持工作程度,尤其是身体状况和专业思想，以减少护理缺失的发生。
