目的：探索护理本科生专业认同与职业生涯规划的关系，为构建合理的职业生涯规划指导体系提供依据。方法采用护理本科生专业认同问卷、护理本科生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷对503名大二至大四的护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生职业生涯规划总体及各因子得分的性别、生源地差异不显著（P＞0.05），不同年级护生在职业生涯规划总分及自我认识、就业信心、职业生涯定向维度上均存在显著差异（P<0.05）。护理本科生专业认同总分与职业生涯规划各维度得分呈显著正相关（P<0.01），专业情感、专业技能、专业意志、专业认识对大学生职业生涯规划有一定的预测作用，R2=25%。结论护理本科生专业认同和职业生涯规划状况有密切的关系，护理本科生的教育应注重增进专业认同的指导，促进护生个人职业生涯规划能力。
