目的：调查某民办高校护生心理弹性与适应的状况及其相关性，为拟定干预性措施提供依据。方法采用心理弹性量表与中国大学生适应量表，对207名在校一年级护生进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果本组护生心理弹性与适应条目均分为2.54、3.12分，其心理弹性与适应呈正相关（r=0.17～0.67，P＜0.05）；不同心理弹性水平的护生在适应得分上的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论民办高校护生心理弹性与适应处于中等水平，心理弹性水平越高则适应越强。
