对7例入组GA101（Obinutuzumab）联合化疗临床试验的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，用药前给予个体化心理护理及宣教，密切观察用药后不良反应，包括发热反应、低血压、胸闷、恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制、肺损伤。以上不良反应为暂时性，经对症处理后，患者均好转，顺利完成治疗。护理时严格遵照药物的使用方法，每15 min记录生命体征，及时发现用药后的不良反应，给予对症处理。7例患者经过精心护理，均顺利完成治疗。
